Day-to-day repair work across homes and small commercial spaces. You will be trusted with your own jobs quickly.
- 2+ years hands-on repair or trades experience
- Own hand tools; we supply the rest
- Valid license and clean driving record
- Comfortable talking to clients directly
Carpenter — Trim & Build
Trim, built-ins, decks and small custom work. The finish jobs where the last eighth of an inch matters.
- 4+ years finish carpentry
- Able to read and work from a simple drawing
- Deck and exterior experience a plus
- Own vehicle preferred
Apprentice / Helper
For someone starting out who wants to learn the trade properly rather than pick it up piecemeal.
- No experience required
- Reliable transportation and on-time habits
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Physically able to handle site work
