Started the company in 2001. Walks most jobs before they're quoted, sets the scope and the price, and stays your point of contact until the work is done.
Carpentry & Finishing
Trim, built-ins, decks and assembly — the finish work where the last eighth of an inch matters. Also trains everyone who joins the crew.
General Repairs
The day-to-day repair list: drywall, doors, fixtures and the odd jobs that pile up. Also runs the home maintenance plan visits.
Electrical
An independent licensed electrician who has worked with us since 2015. Handles all electrical work, done safely and to code.
Plumbing
An independent licensed plumber for fixture installs, supply lines and diagnosing leaks and drainage problems.
Scheduling & Estimates
The first voice on the phone. Books the visits, keeps timelines honest and makes sure nothing slips through the calendar.
